Join our twice weekly exercise program for adults 60+.  Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) is a community-based recreational exercise program developed by the Arthritis Foundation.  Trained AFEP leaders cover a variety of exercise types along with relaxation techniques and health education topics.
